Mira Kapoor launched her Skincare brand AKind.

Reliance Retail’s beauty platform, Tira, spearheaded by Isha Ambani, has launched a new skincare brand, ‘Akind’, co-founded by Mira Rajput Kapoor, wife of actor Shahid Kapoor. The brand made its debut at Tira’s flagship store at Jio World Drive in Mumbai and is set to be available both online and offline across India. ‘Akind’ aims to empower individuals to achieve their skincare goals with a range of products designed to enhance skin barrier health.

The Akind product range is categorized into three segments: BUILD, BALANCE, and DEFENCE. The BUILD range includes essentials like the Clean Slate Hydrating Cleanser, On Cloud Nine Lightweight Moisturizer, and Sleep Tight Firming Serum, focusing on repairing and restoring the skin barrier. The BALANCE range features products such as the Fresh Start Oil-Free Balancing Cleanser, Bounce Back Soothing and Purifying Toner, and Get Even Everyday Multi-Active Serum, which help maintain skin equilibrium for a healthy glow. The DEFENCE range offers protection with items like the Bright Idea Radiance Serum, No Shade Sunscreen Primer SPF 50 PA++++, and Super Smooth Sun Stick SPF 50 PA+++, guarding the skin from pollution and sun damage.

Isha Ambani, Executive Director of Reliance Retail Ventures Limited, expressed excitement about the launch, describing it as a significant milestone in Tira’s journey and a testament to their commitment to innovation and excellence.

Mira Kapoor, co-founder of Akind, shared insights from her personal skincare journey, influenced by her mother’s simple yet effective beauty rituals using natural ingredients like rose petals. Her philosophy of ‘less is more’ resonates throughout the Akind brand, reflecting her belief that skincare is a reflection of overall health and wellness. “With Akind, I’m not just endorsing a product; I’m sharing my personal journey and passion for skincare,” she emphasized.
